Your purchases made at GPC pharmacies (in-store and online), The Body Shop stores and website, as well as at Afflelou Paris stores, are all accumulated together. Based on the purchases, you receive stars that determine your status. The minimum status is 1 star, and the maximum is 5 stars.

For example, the image shows a customer with a 4-star status who achieved the requirements for the previous quarter.

The higher your status, the faster you earn points:

1 Star – Standard rate (₾25 = 1 point)
2 Stars – Earn points 2x faster
3 Stars – Earn points 3x faster
4 Stars – Earn points 4x faster
5 Stars – Earn points 5x faster

Your status is based on how much you spend. At the end of each day, your total purchases are calculated, and stars are awarded according to the following scale:

1 Star – total purchases of ₾0–100 per quarter
2 Stars – total purchases of ₾101–300 per quarter
3 Stars – total purchases of ₾301–450 per quarter
4 Stars – total purchases of ₾451–850 per quarter
5 Stars – total purchases of ₾850 or more per quarter

The spending amount is calculated based on the following:

• Amounts paid in cash or by card
• Amounts paid using GPC or bank loyalty points
• Insurance purchases — only the co-payment part covered by the customer

You can also upgrade your status before the quarter ends.
You can track your current progress in the app or on the website, on the Status page, which is updated next day.

The image shows an example of a customer’s progress — their total spending for the current quarter is ₾323.65.

Quarters are defined by the following dates:

1st Quarter: January 1 – March 31
2nd Quarter: April 1 – June 30
3rd Quarter: July 1 – September 30
4th Quarter: October 1 – December 31

You can use the points on your Hedgehog Card to purchase any product available at GPC. If you don’t have enough points, you can pay the remaining amount with card.

You can even share your points with friends through the MY GPC App or at www.gpc.ge.

As your status changes, your benefits are updated accordingly and will be available in your personal profile on the GPC website (www.gpc.ge) or in the MY GPC App.

Star reductions happen only at the end of a quarter. For instance, if you have 2 stars but your total spending is under ₾100, your status will move down to 1-star next quarter, which will also affect your point-earning speed.

Keep an eye on your progress on the Status page, and don’t forget — you can always level up anytime by reaching the next milestone.

However, remember that you can increase your status at any time by meeting the requirements for the next level.
