Bepanthen cream effectively heals superficial injuries, burns, and irritated skin
1g of ointment contains:
Active substance: Dexpanthenol-50mg.
Excipients: Protegin X 50mg, Cetyl alcohol 18mg, Stearyl alcohol 12mg, White beeswax 40mg, Lanolin 250mg, White soft paraffin 130mg, Almond oil 50mg, Liquid paraffin 150mg, Purified water up to 1000mg.
For the prevention and treatment of dry skin in case of violation of the integrity of the skin cover.
For the treatment and care of baby's skin (during diaper rash and diaper dermatitis).
Also, for breastfeeding mothers (for the purpose of breast care during lactation; for the care of dry and painful cracked nipples).
To activate the healing process, which may be caused by minor skin damage, mild burns, abrasions, skin irritation, chronic ulcers, bedsores, cracks, and skin grafts.
Bepanthen is not used in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.
Bepanthen can be used during pregnancy and lactation. If the preparation is used for nipple care during lactation, the cream should be washed off before breastfeeding.
For external use.
The ointment is applied to the damaged and inflamed surface in a thin layer 1-2 times a day.
For breast care, the ointment is applied to the nipples after each feeding.
For infant care, the ointment is applied after every diaper (Pampers) change.
Dexpanthenol, even in large doses, is well tolerated and does not cause undesirable reactions. No cases of overdose have been reported to date. Cases of hypervitaminosis are not known.
Allergic reactions (urticaria, itching). In case of any side effects, including those not listed in these instructions, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.
The patient should avoid contact with the eyes.
5% ointment for external use. 30g lacquered aluminum tube with a polypropylene neck and an aluminum foil membrane, which is closed with a polypropylene screw-on pointed cap for piercing the membrane. Each tube is placed in a cardboard box along with the instructions for use.
