Probiotic helps strengthen the gut microbiome, stimulate immunity, and enhance the body’s natural defenses.
International name (active ingredient): comb. drug
Biologically active dietary supplement
Gastroenterology, hepatology → means for regulating intestinal microflora balance
Neo Pekes is a symbiotic, as it contains both probiotics and prebiotics. Symbiotic therapy is the most effective approach for treating dysbiosis, as the preparation includes both live microorganisms — elements of the body’s natural microflora — and the substrate (prebiotic) necessary for their growth.
Inulin – 1 g
Saccharomyces boulardii – 8.34 × 10⁸ CFU
Lactobacillus rhamnosus – 8.34 × 10⁸ CFU
Lactobacillus acidophilus – 8.33 × 10⁸ CFU
Lactobacillus casei – 8.34 × 10⁸ CFU
Bifidobacterium infantis – 8.34 × 10⁸ CFU
Bifidobacterium lactis – 8.34 × 10⁸ CFU
The syrup is made on the basis of freshly prepared fruit juice and does not increase blood glucose levels.
Probiotics restore normal intestinal flora during dysbiosis. Lactobacilli produce lactic acid and create an optimal environment for the reproduction of normal intestinal microflora.
Bifidobacteria constitute 80–90% of the normal intestinal flora in children and aid in food digestion. Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria together effectively relieve constipation and indigestion in children.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus G.G. produces antiviral antibodies, acts against diarrhea, promotes the secretion of immunoglobulin A, strengthens local intestinal immunity, and enhances the barrier function of the intestinal wall.
Saccharomyces boulardii acts against diarrhea, neutralizes toxins produced by Clostridium difficile in pseudomembranous colitis, and prevents microorganisms from adhering to the intestinal mucosa.
Lactobacillus acidophilus, through the production of β-galactosidase, reduces discomfort, diarrhea, and intestinal spasms in cases of lactose intolerance.
Inulin serves as a nutritional substrate for normal flora and has a mild laxative effect, which is especially effective in treating constipation caused by dysbiosis.
