Neo Pekes "Buen Viaje" – Anti-Nausea Syrup for Travel

Composition:

Each 10 ml contains:

• Ginger (Zingiber Officinale Roscoe) – 50 mg

• Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) – 50 mg

• Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita) – 50 mg

• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) – 0.21 mg

• Vitamin B9 (Folate) – 0.03 mg

• Lemon juice as a flavoring agent
  The syrup is based on freshly prepared fruit juice. Contains sugar.

Indication:

Relieves nausea and vomiting associated with movement or travel.

Pharmacological Properties:

Neo Pekes "Buen Viaje" helps prevent motion-related nausea by reducing elevated histamine and serotonin levels in the blood caused by vestibular-visual conflict.

Ginger (Zingiber Officinale Roscoe):Acts both centrally and peripherally.

• Centrally: Works by blocking H1 histamine and serotonin receptors.

• Peripherally: Inhibits dopamine D2 receptors in the gastrointestinal tract.
  As a result, it relaxes smooth muscles, relieves gastrointestinal spasms, reduces digestive and salivary gland secretions, and alleviates nausea and vomiting.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine):
Regulates nausea by modulating serotonin levels in the intestines. Supports normal function of GI smooth muscles by stabilizing nerve impulses.

Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) and Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita):
Aromatic herbs with calming properties. Soothe the central nervous system, reduce excitability, and help relieve nausea and vomiting.

Dosage:

Children aged 12 months to 14 years:
1 vial (10 ml) 15–20 minutes before travel.
May be repeated every 3 hours.
Maximum daily dose: 7 vials.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Not recommended for diabetic patients due to sugar content.

Storage:

Store at temperatures up to 30°C in a place out of reach of children.
Use the vial immediately after opening.
