Take 1 granule daily, 30–40 minutes before bedtime.
As an adaptogen during time zone changes: take 1 tablet 30–40 minutes before sleep, starting 1 day before the flight and continuing for the next 2–5 days.
Treatment duration: 2 months, with a 1-week break in between.
