It participates in the process of cell division. Vitamin K helps normalize blood clotting, maintain healthy bones, and supports the absorption and proper distribution of vitamin D.
Product advantages: Vitamin K2 works synergistically with Vitamin D3. For the absorption and proper distribution of Vitamin D3, the body needs Vitamin K2 together with D3. Vitamin K2 (phylloquinone = Vitamin K1, menaquinone = Vitamin K2, menadione = Vitamin K3 (MK-7)) is an important cofactor for proteins necessary for the bone-building process and therefore contributes to bone health. It is also important to take vitamin K together with vitamin D to ensure calcium deposition in the bones and not in soft tissues, thus protecting blood vessels from calcium plaque formation.

Directions for use: 1 capsule once daily.
Precautions: This supplement contains 100 mcg (4000 IU) of Vitamin D3 per capsule. If you are taking other supplements containing Vitamin D and your total daily intake exceeds 125 mcg (5000 IU), monitor your blood Vitamin D levels.
