Amva Denk Tablet 10 mg + 160 mg is used in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by amlodipine 10 mg or valsartan 160 mg alone.
Each coated tablet contains 10 mg amlodipine (as amlodipine besylate) and 160 mg valsartan.
Amva Denk 10/160 mg may be prescribed for patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by amlodipine 10 mg or valsartan 160 mg alone.
The recommended dose of Amva Denk is one tablet per day.
For oral use. It is recommended to take the coated tablet with water.
Hypersensitivity to the active substances, dihydropyridine derivatives, or any of the excipients.
Severe liver failure, biliary cirrhosis, or cholestasis.
Concurrent use of amlodipine/valsartan with aliskiren-containing products in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (GFR < 60 ml/min/1.73 m²).
Second and third trimester of pregnancy.
Severe hypotension.
Shock (including cardiogenic shock).
Obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract (e.g., hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and severe aortic stenosis).
Hemodynamically unstable heart failure following acute myocardial infarction.
