Each suppository contains 100 mg of clindamycin, in the form of clindamycin phosphate.
The excipient is hard fat.
Ornacline vaginal suppositories are used intravaginally.

Protect the suppositories from heat, as they may soften and become deformed.
The recommended dose is one suppository inserted deep into the vagina at bedtime for three consecutive nights. After insertion, the suppository melts and dissolves.
Instructions for use:
Remove the suppository from the PVC foil packaging.
Carefully insert the suppository into the vagina as deeply as possible without causing discomfort.
Always wash your hands after inserting the suppository.
Use of Ornacline is not recommended during the first trimester due to insufficient safety data.
Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or think you might be.
If you are pregnant, Ornacline should be used only if prescribed by a doctor, who will determine if the treatment is appropriate for you.
Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
During the use of Ornacline while breastfeeding, the active substance may pass into breast milk.
Your doctor will decide whether it is appropriate for you to use Ornacline vaginal suppositories.
Although only small amounts of clindamycin are expected to transfer to the infant through breast milk, if your baby shows signs of bloody diarrhea or any illness, notify your doctor immediately. If this occurs, breastfeeding should be discontinued.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use Ornacline after the expiry date printed on the box and blister. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Store at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
Do not dispose of medications in household waste or wastewater. Ask your pharmacist how to properly dispose of the medication. These measures will help protect the environment.
