It is used for symptomatic therapy to reduce pain and inflammation at the time of use and does not affect the progression of the disease.

Excipients: Hard fat (Suppocire BР) 1628.5 mg, Macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate 16.5 mg

Indicated for symptomatic therapy only — to reduce pain and inflammation at the time of use. It does not affect the progression of the disease.
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any excipient of the drug
Postoperative period following coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG)
Decompensated heart failure
Complete or partial combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent nasal and paranasal sinus polyposis, and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (including in patient history)
Erosive or ulcerative lesions of the gastric or duodenal mucosa, acute hemorrhagic gastritis, active gastrointestinal bleeding
Inflammatory bowel diseases in the active phase (e.g., ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease)
Cerebrovascular bleeding or any active bleeding
Severe hepatic failure or active liver disease
Severe renal failure in patients not undergoing dialysis (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min), progressive kidney diseases, including confirmed hyperkalemia
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Children under 15 years of age
Suppositories should not be used in patients with inflammatory conditions of the rectum or anus, or with recent rectal or anal bleeding
Rectal use only. After removing the suppository from its blister pack, insert it deeply into the rectum. It is recommended to empty the bowel prior to administration.
Recommended dosage regimen:
Rheumatoid arthritis: 15 mg once daily. Depending on the therapeutic response, the dose may be reduced to 7.5 mg per day.
Osteoarthritis: 7.5 mg once daily. If necessary, the dose may be increased to 15 mg per day.
Ankylosing spondylitis: 15 mg once daily. Depending on the response, the dose may be reduced to 7.5 mg per day.
Use of rectal suppositories is recommended at a dose of 7.5 mg once daily. In more severe cases, 15 mg daily may be used.
Maximum daily dose must not exceed 15 mg.
The drug should be used rectally for the shortest possible period, considering the risk of local toxicity and systemic effects.
In patients at increased risk of side effects, and in patients with severe renal failure undergoing hemodialysis, the dose should not exceed 7.5 mg per day.
Combined use:
When using meloxicam in combination (e.g., tablets, suppositories, injections, or other forms), the total daily dose must not exceed 15 mg.
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
