Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the medication.
Gastrointestinal disturbances (e.g., stomach pain, nausea) are rare. Also rare are skin hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., rash, redness, itching). Allergic reactions such as angioedema, hives, or facial swelling may occur. If any signs of hypersensitivity appear, discontinue use immediately.
As with other medications, Sinupret drops should be prescribed during pregnancy and breastfeeding only after careful evaluation of benefits versus risks by a physician. Due to the alcohol content, Sinupret drops are used only if tablets cannot be taken.
Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
