Dietary supplement
Calcium carbonate – 1250 mg (equivalent to 500 mg elemental calcium)
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) – 11 μg (400 IU)
Cholecalciferol concentrate form – 4.40 mg
Treatment and prevention of calcium and vitamin D deficiency
As part of complex therapy for osteoporosis in patients at risk of calcium and vitamin D deficiency
Adults and elderly: 1 tablet twice daily
Tablets can be chewed or crushed
Take with food for better absorption
Hypersensitivity to any active or excipient ingredients
Severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate <30 ml/min/1.73 m²)
Hypercalcemia or conditions associated with hypercalcemia
Kidney stones (nephrolithiasis)
Vitamin D hypervitaminosis
Children under 18 years
Pregnancy: Can be used if calcium and vitamin D deficiency is present. The daily dose should not exceed 2500 mg calcium and 4000 IU vitamin D. Avoid excessive intake, as persistent hypercalcemia may adversely affect the developing fetus.
Vitamin D at therapeutic doses is not teratogenic
Lactation: Safe during breastfeeding, as calcium and vitamin D3 pass into breast milk. Additional vitamin D supplementation for the infant should be considered.
