Always follow the instructions on the packaging. Brush your teeth twice, but not more than 3 times per day. Do not swallow. Spit out after brushing.
For instant relief, squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a clean fingertip and gently rub onto the sensitive tooth base for 1 minute (no more than twice daily).
Not recommended for children under 14 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient of the product.
