Return/Exchange policy for online orders

  1. By completing the purchase process, you agree with purchasing/getting product/service and return/exchange policy for online orders.
  2. As a customer, you have a right to refuse online contract/purchase/service within 14 business days without indicating any specific reason. 
  3. The 14-day return period for product/service purchases begins from the date of transfer of the product to you  or the third party designated by you.
  4. Return policy exceptions:

Customer doesn’t have a right to refuse the contract if:

  • Purchased product is perishable or has a small short shelf life;
  • You have recieved hermetically sealed product and the sealing was broken after delivery, so the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. This type of cases are subject to individual consideration
  • Purchased product is a medication
  • Products/services whose value does not exceed 30 GEL are not subject to return;
  • Other exceptional cases defined by the Law of Georgia "Protection of Consumer Rights", article 14



NOTE:

If you have purchased a sealed product, it can be returned only if the seal/film/hologram and the product hermeticity has not been broken, the product has no mechanical impact/damage and/or the overall appearance of the product has not been changed.

  1. In the case of the customer’s consent, the retailer is entitled to change/replace the product.
  2. The product is unconditionally returned to the same pharmacy branch where the purchase/order was made. The customer, at his own expense, must present the returning product and order code from the application.
