International Name: Magnesium aspartate, Potassium aspartate.
Qualitative and Quantitative Composition:Each 10 ml ampoule contains:
Potassium aspartate: 452 mg (equivalent to 103.3 mg of Potassium).
Magnesium aspartate: 400 mg (equivalent to 33.7 mg of Magnesium).
Cardiovascular system; Agents used for rhythm and conduction disorders; Preparations containing potassium and magnesium ions.
The drug is indicated for combined and supplementary therapy during the following conditions:
Chronic heart diseases (heart failure, post-infarction period).
Cardiac rhythm disorders (primarily ventricular arrhythmias).
For use in conjunction with digitalis (cardiac glycoside) preparations.
The drug is intended for intravenous administration only.
Preparation: Dissolve the contents of 1-2 ampoules in a 5% glucose solution.
Administration: Administer intravenously, slowly, via drip infusion.
Repetition: If necessary, the dose can be repeated after 4-6 hours.
Acute and chronic renal failure.
Addison's disease.
III degree atrioventricular block.
Cardiogenic shock (arterial blood pressure < 90 mmHg).
To date, there are no reports of any danger associated with the use of the drug in this category of patients.
