Dexketoprofen trometamol.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); propionic acid derivatives with pronounced analgesic effects.
Used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate acute pain, such as acute muscle or joint pain, menstrual pain (algomenorrhea), and dental pain.
Always follow your doctor's instructions. The recommended dose is one tablet every 8 hours, not exceeding 3 tablets per day. In elderly patients or those with liver or kidney impairment, the dosage should not exceed 2 tablets per day. If well tolerated, elderly patients may increase the dose to 3 tablets per day.
Allergy to dexketoprofen trometamol or any other ingredients; allergy to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs; history of asthma attacks, acute allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, urticaria, angioedema, or wheezing after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs; photosensitivity reactions following ketoprofen or fibrate use; peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding or chronic digestive disorders; GI bleeding or perforation associated with NSAID use; chronic inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis; severe heart failure, moderate to severe renal or hepatic impairment; increased risk of bleeding or coagulation disorders; severe dehydration due to vomiting, diarrhea, or insufficient fluid intake; third trimester of pregnancy or breastfeeding; under 18 years of age.
Contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Not recommended during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
