Bikstonimi Xylo Nasal Spray 0.05% – 10 ml

Composition:

The active ingredient is xylometazoline hydrochloride.
Each milliliter of nasal spray solution contains 0.5 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride.

Other ingredients:

Benzalkonium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sorbitol, disodium edetate, sodium chloride, purified water.

Indications:

Bikstonimi Xylo is a nasal decongestant that quickly relieves nasal congestion, making breathing easier.

It is used in children aged 2 to 10 years for nasal mucosal decongestion in vasomotor and allergic rhinitis.
It may also be used to aid in the treatment of ear infections by decongesting the nasopharyngeal mucosa, and may be prescribed by a doctor to facilitate nasal examinations.

Dosage and Administration:

• Children aged 2–10 years: 1 spray in each nostril as needed, no more than 3 times per day.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.

• In older adults, the same dosing as adults applies.

Duration of use:
Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days, unless advised otherwise by a physician.

Instructions for Use:

• Remove the protective cap.
• Before first use, prime the spray by pressing the pump 2–3 times into the air until a uniform spray is released.
• Gently clean the nose before application.
• Insert the spray nozzle into the nostril, keep the bottle upright, press the pump once while gently inhaling through the nose.
• The spray should not be used in a horizontal or downward position.
• Replace the protective cap after use.

• For hygienic reasons and to prevent infections, each spray bottle should be used by only one person.

Storage:

Store at below 25°C in the original packaging.
Use within 30 days after first opening the bottle.
Keep out of reach of children.
