Amoxiclave fights bacterial infections and is effective for respiratory, ear, and urinary tract infections.
Active substances: Amoxicillin trihydrate and Potassium Clavulanate.
Each sachet contains:
1148 mg Amoxicillin trihydrate (equivalent to 1 g Amoxicillin)
148.9 mg Potassium Clavulanate (equivalent to 125 mg Clavulanic acid)
Excipients: Silicon dioxide, Sucrose, Xanthan gum, Sodium saccharin, Orange flavoring powder.
Amoxiclav-Denk is used for the treatment of the following infections:
Upper and lower respiratory tract infections (including otitis media, acute sinusitis, exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, pulmonary infections)
Kidney and lower urinary tract infections
Genital infections
Note: Pneumonia treatment should be started parenterally in severe cases. Use should follow official international guidelines.
Hypersensitivity to Amoxicillin, Clavulanic acid, or any other component.
History of allergic reactions to beta-lactam antibiotics (penicillins, cephalosporins).
History of liver problems or jaundice after taking Amoxiclav-Denk.
Amoxicillin use in pregnancy may temporarily reduce estradiol and related compounds.

Depends on patient age, weight, kidney function, infection severity, and suspected or confirmed pathogen.
Adults (weight ≥40 kg): 1 sachet 2–3 times daily. Single doses should be taken at regular intervals, 12 hours apart if twice daily.
Elderly patients: 1 sachet 2–3 times daily, if no kidney or liver dysfunction.
Patients with liver dysfunction: Regular monitoring required; treatment should be stopped if liver function declines.
Before administration, dissolve sachet contents in half a glass of water. Best effect is achieved when taken at the start of a meal or after eating.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use after expiration date.
Shelf life: 36 months.
Store at ≤30°C, protected from moisture and light.
