The medicine contains the active substance fluconazole. Each capsule contains 150 mg of fluconazole.
Excipients:
Capsule contents: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, pre-gelatinized starch, corn starch, sodium lauryl sulfate, and magnesium stearate.
Fluconazole Pharmozi belongs to the “antifungal” group of medicines. The active substance is fluconazole.
It is used for the treatment of fungal infections and prevention of candidal infections. The most common causative organism of fungal infections is the yeast Candida.

Cryptococcal meningitis – fungal infection of the brain
Coccidioidomycosis – bronchopulmonary system disease
Candidal infections spreading in the blood, various organs (e.g., heart, lungs), or urinary tract
Mucosal candidiasis – infection affecting the oral mucosa, pharynx, and areas near prostheses
Genital candidiasis – infection of the vagina or anus
Skin infections – e.g., athlete’s foot, dermatomycosis, groin epidermophytia, nail infections
Fluconazole Pharmozi is also used for:
Prevention of recurrence of cryptococcal meningitis
Prevention of recurrence of mucosal candidiasis
Reducing the risk of recurrent vaginal candidiasis
Reducing the risk of developing candidal infections (e.g., in immunocompromised patients)

Reducing the risk of developing candidal infections (e.g., in immunocompromised or immunodeficient patients)
Prevention of recurrence of cryptococcal meningitis
The medicine should be taken strictly according to a doctor’s instructions. The patient should consult a doctor or pharmacist if unsure about correct usage.
The capsule should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. It is recommended to take the medicine daily at the same time.
