Solution for injection in ampoules. Each ampoule contains:
Cyanocobalamin: 200 mcg or 500 mcg.
Excipient: 8.8 mg sodium chloride.
Cyanocobalamin is an essential factor for blood formation and the maturation of red blood cells. It stimulates bone marrow function, which is necessary for normoblastic erythropoiesis. It contributes to the normalization of liver and nervous system functions. It is involved in the synthesis of many metabolites and regulates the synthesis of compounds containing sulfhydryl groups in the body.
Hyperchromic anemia (the most effective treatment).

Polyneuritis, radiculitis, trigeminal neuralgia.

The preparation is administered via intravenous, intramuscular, and intralumbal injections. The duration of treatment is determined by the physician.
Single Doses:
Adults: 100–500 mcg.
Young children: 30 mcg.
Frequency: Every other day or once every 3 days.
Hypersensitivity to the preparation.
Hypercoagulation (increased blood clotting).
Erythremia, polycythemia (erythrocytosis).
During the treatment period, it is necessary to monitor the blood count and clotting ability. Use with special caution in patients with angina pectoris and in the presence of benign or malignant neoplasms.
Important: It is not recommended to mix the preparation with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in the same syringe.
