Casarki HD Tablet 32mg + 25mg
Composition:

Active substances: candesartan, hydrochlorothiazide;
1 tablet contains: candesartan cilexetil, calculated as 100% substance – 32 mg; hydrochlorothiazide, calculated as 100% substance – 25 mg;
Excipients: lactose monohydrate; corn starch; calcium carmellose; hydroxypropylcellulose; polyethylene glycol (PEG 8000); magnesium stearate; iron oxide red (E172); iron oxide yellow (E172).

Indications:

Casarki HD is indicated for:

• Treatment of essential hypertension in adult patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy with candesartan cilexetil or hydrochlorothiazide.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any excipients, or to sulfonamide derivatives (hydrochlorothiazide is a sulfonamide derivative);
• Second and third trimesters of pregnancy (see sections "Special warnings for use" and "Use during pregnancy and lactation");
• Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min/1.73 m²);
• Severe hepatic insufficiency and/or cholestasis;
• Refractory hypokalemia and hypercalcemia;
• Gout;
• Concurrent use of Casarki  HD with aliskiren-containing products is contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (glomerular filtration rate <60 ml/min/1.73 m²) (see sections "Interactions with other medicinal products" and "Pharmacodynamics").

Dosage:

The recommended dose of Casarki HD is 1 tablet per day.

Method of use:

For oral use.
Casarki HD can be taken regardless of food intake. Food does not affect the bioavailability of candesartan. No clinically significant interactions between hydrochlorothiazide and food have been observed.

Storage:

Store in the original packaging at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
