Varitroxy Injection Solution (150 mg + 1.5 mg), 3 mL Ampoule

Composition:

Each ampoule contains:

• Active substances: Troxerutin – 150 mg, Carbazochrome – 1.5 mg

• Excipients: Sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid, water for injection

Therapeutic Indications:

• Symptomatic treatment of venous insufficiency

• Conditions associated with increased capillary fragility

Dosage and Administration:

• The recommended daily dose is 3–9 mL (1–3 ampoules) administered intramuscularly

• The contents of the ampoule must not be mixed with other solutions containing ascorbic acid

• Do not administer a double dose to make up for a missed dose

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients

Undesirable Effects:

• In cases of incorrect administration (intradermally or subcutaneously), skin irritation of unknown frequency may occur (e.g., redness at the injection site or generalized erythema)

• Intradermal or subcutaneous injection is prohibited (e.g., mesotherapy), as no controlled clinical trials have been conducted to confirm the efficacy or safety of the drug when used via these routes

Effect on the Ability to Drive and Use Machines:

• This medicine does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery

Use During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:

• The safety of use during pregnancy has not been established

• The medicine should not be used during pregnancy or lactation, as potential harmful effects on the fetus or breastfed child cannot be ruled out

Storage Conditions:

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C

• Keep out of reach of children!
