It is used for the symptomatic treatment of venous insufficiency and in conditions associated with increased capillary fragility.
Each ampoule contains:
Active substances: Troxerutin – 150 mg, Carbazochrome – 1.5 mg
Excipients: Sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid, water for injection

The recommended daily dose is 3–9 mL (1–3 ampoules) administered intramuscularly
The contents of the ampoule must not be mixed with other solutions containing ascorbic acid
Do not administer a double dose to make up for a missed dose
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients
In cases of incorrect administration (intradermally or subcutaneously), skin irritation of unknown frequency may occur (e.g., redness at the injection site or generalized erythema)
Intradermal or subcutaneous injection is prohibited (e.g., mesotherapy), as no controlled clinical trials have been conducted to confirm the efficacy or safety of the drug when used via these routes
This medicine does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery
The safety of use during pregnancy has not been established
The medicine should not be used during pregnancy or lactation, as potential harmful effects on the fetus or breastfed child cannot be ruled out
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C
