Dexamethasone Phosphate

Form: Solution for injection.

Composition

1 ml of solution contains:

• Active Ingredient: Dexamethasone phosphate (as dexamethasone sodium phosphate) – 4.0 mg.

• Excipients: Water for injection, sodium citrate, sodium pyrosulfite.

Indications for Use

In emergency cases, Dexamethasone phosphate is administered intravenously or intramuscularly. It is also used when oral administration is not possible for the following conditions:

• Endocrine disorders

• Rheumatic diseases

• Collagenoses

• Skin diseases

• Allergic diseases

• Ophthalmic (eye) diseases

• Gastrointestinal diseases

• Respiratory tract diseases

• Hematological diseases

• Oncological diseases

• Diagnostic testing of adrenal function

• Cerebral edema (brain swelling)

Storage Conditions

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C in the original packaging.

• Do not freeze.

• Keep out of reach of children.
