Vegaspani Injectable Suspension (5 mg + 2 mg) / 1 mL, 1 mL Ampoule #1
Systemic corticosteroids, glucocorticosteroids
Hypersensitivity to betamethasone, other corticosteroids, or excipients
Systemic fungal infections
IM injection is contraindicated in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
Systemic Use:
Treatment usually starts with 1–2 mL, repeated as needed
Deep intramuscular injection (IM) into the gluteal muscle
Dose and frequency depend on disease severity and therapeutic response
Special Cases:
Acute diseases (erythematous lupus, asthmatic status) – initial dose may require 2 mL
Most dermatological conditions respond to 1 mL repeated IM injection
Respiratory diseases (bronchial asthma, allergic bronchitis/rhinitis) – symptom relief within hours after 1–2 mL
Acute or chronic bursitis – 1–2 mL, repeated as needed

Not intended for intravenous or subcutaneous administration
Strict aseptic technique required
Contains two betamethasone esters; one (sodium betamethasone phosphate) is rapidly absorbed from the injection site – systemic effect should be considered by the physician
