Enterogermina Forte capsules help with digestion and maintain the bacterial balance in the intestines.
One vial (5 ml) contains:
Active substance: Bacillus clausii antibiotic-poliresistant spores – 4 billion
Excipients: purified water up to 5 ml
For the treatment and prophylaxis of intestinal dysbiosis and subsequent endogenous devitaminosis. Supports the restoration of gut microbial flora during or after antibiotic or chemotherapy treatments.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any excipient of the preparation.
Oral use only! Injection is not allowed. The preparation must be swallowed and cannot be administered by any other route.
Adults: 1 vial daily, providing 4–6 billion Bacillus clausii spores per day.
The Enterogermina Forte 4 billion–5 ml vial should not be divided.
The physician may adjust the daily dose depending on the patient’s condition.
For children, including infants, the 4 billion spores per day in a 4–5 ml vial may not provide an adequate dose; a lower-concentration formulation is required.
Remove the vial from the strip and shake well. Twist off the top clockwise and pour. Contents may be diluted in sweetened water, milk, tea, or orange juice, or taken directly without dilution.
During antibiotic therapy, take Enterogermina Forte between two consecutive doses of the antibiotic (e.g., 2–3 hours after antibiotic intake).
Visible particles in the vial may occur due to spore aggregates and do not indicate any change in the preparation. Shake well before use.
Oral administration only! Injection is prohibited. Swallow the preparation. Incorrect use may cause severe allergic reactions, including anaphylactic shock. Do not store the preparation after opening to prevent contamination.
Use during pregnancy and lactation is not contraindicated.
Post-marketing surveillance reported possible allergic reactions such as rash and urticaria. Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: angioneurotic edema.

Opalescent, almost white liquid.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, out of reach of children.
2 years. After opening, use immediately to avoid contamination.
