It is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases.
Each 1.5 ml ampoule contains:
Active ingredient: Meloxicam – 15 mg
Excipients: Meglumine, glycofurol, Poloxamer 188, sodium chloride, glycerol, 1M sodium hydroxide solution, water for injection.

Ankylosing spondyloarthritis (Bechterew’s disease)
Inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases accompanied by pain syndrome
Administered intramuscularly, deeply into the muscle.
Recommended dose: 7.5–15 mg once daily.
In patients with mild to moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance >25 ml/min) or stable liver cirrhosis, dose adjustment is not necessary.
In patients at higher risk of side effects, the initial dose should be 7.5 mg per day.
Maximum daily dose: 15 mg
In patients with severe renal failure on hemodialysis, the dose should not exceed 7.5 mg/day.
Hypersensitivity to meloxicam or any excipients
Post-coronary artery bypass graft surgery
Decompensated heart failure
Complete or partial combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent nasal and paranasal sinus polyposis, and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (including in patient history)
Erosive or ulcerative lesions of the stomach or duodenum, active gastrointestinal bleeding
Inflammatory bowel diseases (e.g., nonspecific ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease)
Cerebrovascular bleeding or any active bleeding
Severe hepatic failure or active liver disease
Severe renal failure in patients not undergoing dialysis (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min), progressive kidney disease, including confirmed hyperkalemia
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Children under 15 years of age
Store protected from light, at a temperature between 8°C and 25°C.
Do not refrigerate.
