Soak a gauze in the required concentration and place on the affected area for 20–30 minutes

Erythema, trophic ulcers: 30–50% aqueous solution, 3 times daily, 50–100 mL per application
Eczema, streptoderma: 40–90% aqueous solution compresses
Pain relief (local anesthesia): 25–50% aqueous solution compresses, 2–3 times daily
Facial and sensitive areas: 10–30% aqueous solution
Plastic surgery (homograft preservation): 5% solution in Ringer’s solution
Purulent-necrotic and inflammatory lesions: less concentrated solutions
