Topical application: apply or irrigate
Soak a gauze in the required concentration and place on the affected area for 20–30 minutes
Cover with polyethylene film and cotton or linen fabric
Treatment duration: 10–15 days
Erythema, trophic ulcers: 30–50% aqueous solution, 3 times daily, 50–100 mL per application
Eczema, streptoderma: 40–90% aqueous solution compresses
Pain relief (local anesthesia): 25–50% aqueous solution compresses, 2–3 times daily
Facial and sensitive areas: 10–30% aqueous solution
Plastic surgery (homograft preservation): 5% solution in Ringer’s solution
Purulent-necrotic and inflammatory lesions: less concentrated solutions

Perform a tolerance test on the skin before use
Crystallization may occur below 18°C; does not affect quality. To dissolve, gently warm the bottle in a water bath (≤60°C)
