Film-coated tablet contains:
Active substance: Lornoxicam 8 mg
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, sodium croscarmellose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K25, magnesium stearate.
Tablet coating: Opadry White 03F180011 (hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol).

The product is intended for use in adults only.
Dosage:
The dose and duration of treatment are determined individually depending on the nature and severity of the disease. The risk of adverse reactions can be minimized by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration needed to control symptoms.
Pain syndrome:
Recommended dose: 8–16 mg of lornoxicam per day, divided into 2–3 doses.
Maximum recommended daily dose: 16 mg.
Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis:
Recommended starting dose: 12 mg per day, divided into 2–3 doses.
Maintenance dose should not exceed 16 mg per day.
Children and adolescents:
Use in patients under 18 years of age is not recommended due to lack of safety and efficacy data.
Elderly patients:
No dose adjustment is required if there is no impairment of liver or kidney function. However, caution is advised due to increased risk of gastrointestinal side effects.
Patients with renal impairment:
In mild to moderate renal impairment, maximum dose is 12 mg per day.
Contraindicated in severe renal impairment.
Patients with hepatic impairment:
In moderate hepatic impairment, maximum dose is 12 mg per day.
Contraindicated in severe hepatic impairment.
Tablets should be taken orally with sufficient liquid.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any excipients
Hypersensitivity to other NSAIDs (including acetylsalicylic acid), including asthma, angioedema, rhinitis, or urticaria
Thrombocytopenia
Acute heart failure
Gastrointestinal, cerebrovascular, or other bleeding
History of NSAID-related gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation
Active or recurrent peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
Severe liver failure
Severe kidney failure
Third trimester of pregnancy
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
