Trachisan reduces sore throat pain and irritation, helps decrease inflammation, and provides fast relief.

Active ingredients per lozenge:
Tyrothricin: 0.5 mg
Lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate: 1.0 mg
Chlorhexidine gluconate: 1.0 mg

For inflammatory and infectious diseases of the mouth and throat, including:
Stomatitis
Gingivitis
Periodontitis
Glossitis
Tonsillitis

Also indicated for the prophylaxis of infectious diseases in the mouth and throat before and after surgical interventions (tooth extraction, surgical treatment of gingivitis, tonsillectomy).
Adults: Suck one lozenge every 2 hours, approximately 8 times per day.
Children: Suck one lozenge 6 times per day.
Regular use usually resolves symptoms within a few days.
For prolonged effect, continue Trachisan® lozenges for an additional 2–3 days, even if symptoms improve.
If no significant improvement occurs after 10 days, consult a doctor.
Do not use Trachisan® lozenges continuously for more than 2 weeks unless prescribed otherwise by a doctor or dentist.
Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions to tyrothricin may occur.
Common mild effects include temporary taste disturbance or tongue numbness, which generally resolves on its own.
Rarely, prolonged use may cause temporary yellow-brown discoloration of teeth, fillings, prostheses, or tongue, which resolves with oral hygiene or after discontinuing the lozenges.
Hypersensitivity to any active ingredient.
Non-bleeding desquamative changes of oral mucosa (erosive and desquamative lesions).
Presence of large, fresh wounds in the oral cavity or throat.
